Where do you source your vintage and preloved items that you carry in-store and online?
Every item is hand-selected and sourced within the maritimes. We buy in the store on Wednesdays but also do our own sourcing too all within Canada because we believe in supporting and shopping local!
Do you offer appointment-only shopping or in-person styling consultations?
You can visit our boutique during our regular operating hours—no appointment needed!

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All items are final sale. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any returns or exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. For full detail about returns, review our return policy. Any return inquiries can be sent to esmeandevee@gmail.com.
When will I get my tracking number?
You will receive your tracking link via email within 24 hours of your package being shipped.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we offer local pickup during our business hours at Esmé & Evee, located at 2674 Agricola Street, Halifax, NS.

Do you offer vintage and preloved wares online?
We are excited to bring our wares online soon! You can currently shop all of our vintage apparel and wares in-person at the Esmé & Evee boutique or at the South End Vintage Market.

Do you carry plus-sized vintage clothing?
YES! PROUDLY, ALWAYS!
We are committed to size inclusivity and currently carry sizes up to 6X (since vintage items are one-of-a-kind, stock is always rotating!).
To make shopping easier, since our store is organized by color, we've added a helpful little tool:
Look for the maroon ribbon on the neck of the hangers! Any hanger marked with this ribbon holds an item labeled XL or larger.
Our goal is to eventually stock half the shop in straight sizes and the other half in plus sizes. This system allows us to highlight our beautiful plus-size stock while maintaining our calm, color-organized look. We are always looking for ways to make secondhand shopping fun and accessible for everyone!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by weight via Canada Post, ranging from $21.50 for small items up to $45.00 for extra-large parcels. All orders include tracking.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Every tracked package is insured up to $100. If there is an issue, please contact Canada Post with your tracking number to file a claim.
