❧ No major stains, holes, or pilling etc.
❧ No fast fashion please - even if it's cute (Shein, Amazon, Garage, H&M, Zara, GAP etc.)
❧ Athletic wear, undies, bras, skinny jeans, t-shirts

❧ We’ll go through your pieces while you’re here, no drop-offs
❧ We ask what you’re hoping to make, then negotiate from there
❧ Remember: we’re the middle-person between your closet and its next home, so pricing reflects that

Frequently Asked Questions
How many items should I bring?
We recommend 10-15 pieces at a time. No need to lug your whole closet.
What if you don’t take my stuff?
You take it back with you. We can give gentle advice on what might do better next time.
What sizes do you take?
We want something for everyone. We take ALL sizes as long as it fits the other criteria!
How do I get paid?
We pay in e-transfer on the spot (or cash if necessary).
What if I’m uncomfortable with what you can pay me?
Our goal is to come to a price that fits both our needs, if either party isn’t feeling comfy we can try again another day - no sweat!
